Young and vibrant plumbing company in Mt Wellington is looking for someone to help run the back office.

Hi-Spec Plumbing & Gas has only been going 4 years, but our goal to “Be Awesome” has resulted in rapid growth and many happy customers. To date the owner has managed most of the admin, but the time has come for a real professional to take control.
You will need experience with:
• a cloud-based job management program. HiSpec currently use GeoOp, but are going to Simpro
• invoicing on a timely basis
• scheduling jobs and managing resources.
Along with these skills, the following experience would also help:
• Payroll management
• Xero, or other cloud accounting system
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
