Office Guru Needed for Mt Wellington Plumbing Firm

Young and vibrant plumbing company in Mt Wellington is looking for someone to help run the back office.

If you know anyone suitable please pass on the following details:

Hi-Spec Plumbing & Gas has only been going 4 years, but our goal to “Be Awesome” has resulted in rapid growth and many happy customers. To date the owner has managed most of the admin, but the time has come for a real professional to take control.

You will need experience with:

• invoicing on a timely basis
• scheduling jobs and managing resources.

Along with these skills, the following experience would also help:
• Payroll management
• Xero, or other cloud accounting system
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable

Want to be part of our awesome team and help us make it even better? We envisage the role to be full time, but consideration will be given to someone wanting to work slightly less than that, if they are the right fit.

Please forward your CV and covering note by email to maddeh85@gmail.com

Applications close 8 January 2016
Start date mid/late January 2016
NB. You must have the right to work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
